Smith Leads Tlaib in Poll for 4th Senate District

Sen. Virgil Smith (D-Detroit) is leading Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Detroit) in the 4th District Senate seat, 47 to 16 percent with 34 percent of participants were undecided, according to poll results released today.

Denno Research, run by Smith’s Chief of Staff Dennis DENNO, conducted the poll. It surveyed 400 residents in the 4th Senate District between Feb. 24 and Feb. 26 with a margin of error of 5 percent.

The poll showed 57 percent of the respondents recognized Smith, and 38 percent of them recognized Tlaib.
