Biographies
Dennis Denno is a small businessman and, as Chief of Staff for State Senator Virgil Smith, he has extensive knowledge of politics and the Michigan legislature.
Mr. Denno founded Denno Research in 2004. He knows what corporations, candidates, and issue-advocates need in a pollster and he knows the power that well-timed, quality polls have on a political or marketing campaign. He spent over 20 years working with organizations, candidates and elected officials shaping issues and communicating to constituents.
He received his bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and his master's degree from the University of Michigan. In addition to being involved in campaigns and polling, he is a lifetime member of the MSU Alumni Association and is a Board Member for ACCESS, which is one of the largest non-profit community service organizations in metro-Detroit. He enjoys traveling in the United States and overseas, following MSU sports, and is currently volunteering on a historical restoration project involving the Michigan Capitol building.
Mike Latvis has been involved with the legislative process, polling and campaigns for over nine years. Currently, he serves as the Director of Public Policy for ArtServe Michigan, a statewide arts and cultural advocacy nonprofit organization.
Mr. Latvis has experience in both political and corporate research at the federal, statewide and local levels and is dedicated to providing reliable and strategic results with a quick turnaround. Below is a partial list of polling, political and legislative positions Mr. Latvis has held:

He received his bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and, in addition to positions mentioned above, has worked on a number of state and local legislative campaigns.
